Three layers working together: an aluminum-zinc alloy coating bonded to the metal substrate, an epoxy primer layer, and a Silicone Modified Polyester (SMP) paint finish on top. The aluminum-zinc layer is the corrosion barrier — the same coating class used in premium roofing and architectural cladding. Together, they're what backs our 25-year limited warranty.

Standard galvanizing uses zinc only. The aluminum-zinc alloy coating on ecFence panels combines aluminum's barrier protection with zinc's sacrificial protection — delivering better corrosion resistance than zinc-only galvanized coatings.
