What’s Not Covered (Let’s Be Clear)
We’re good, but we’re not magicians.
This warranty does not cover:
+ Improper installation or failure to follow ecFence installation guidelines

+ Damage caused by:
– Natural disasters, including hurricanes, floods, earthquakes, lightning, and similar events
– Impact, abuse, or accidents
– Alterations or modifications not approved by ecFence

+ Normal wear and tear or natural aging
+ Fading or minor color variation over time
+ Labor costs for removal or reinstallation unless otherwise stated in writing

Keep it simple:

  3. Project Address & Installer Info
  4. Description of the Problem

Our team will review your claim and respond with next steps.

At our discretion, ecFence may:

  • Repair the defective component
  • Replace the defective component
  • Issue a credit for the affected product

Replacement materials do not restart the warranty clock.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable, unless otherwise stated in writing by ecFence.

Warranty terms apply to purchases made after 08/01/2025.
Coverage subject to proper installation and maintenance.

Up to 15 years of coverage with tiered protection.
SMP coating covered for chipping, peeling & adhesion failure.
Manufacturing & structural defects covered.
Engineered to meet Florida Building Code & Miami-Dade HVHZ.
Panel replacement only (labor not included).
Not covered: improper installation, extreme weather, coastal installs within 1,000 ft of saltwater, or normal wear.
Transferable to new owners ($50 fee).
Claim review in as little as 7 business days.

– If there’s a defect in how we made it — we’ll replace it.
– If it’s installation, environment, or abuse — it’s not covered.
